GIOVANNI REDA'S "DEMIGODS AND COSMIC CHILDREN" BOOK RELEASE

Giovanni Reda's long awaited portrait book, "Demigods And
Cosmic Children", will launch accompanied by an exhibition of
the actual prints on May 14, 2010, from 8-11pm at Subliminal
Projects in Los Angeles. Featured in the book are Melissa
George, Erika Christensen, Todd DiCiurcio, Harry & Luke
Treadaway, Mark Gonzales, Neckface, Scott Caan, Juliette Lewis,
and many others. A New York release event is in the works..

White One: Bird Of Abduction

This is a new painting by TDC. Titled: "White One: Bird Of
Abduction", completed in January 2010, this work is 5ft x 10ft,
acrylic on epoxy and was created for a private exterior wall in
New York City.

New edition of 20 original works by Todd DiCiurcio: "Your Name
Here", wax, sand, acrylic on glass, approx. 61cm x 7.6cm, 2010.
One of this edition will be auctioned off at Sotheby's on
March 15, 2010 for the "Tools For Thought" Haiti benefit.
The details: In the spirit of Marcel Duchamp and the readymade,
members of the art world were invited to sign and donate an
object at hand: tools from the studio, personally significant
objects, or works of art. Marilyn Minter is donating one of her
skateboards that she has turned into a readymade. There will be a
performance by Patti Smith, Alexandra Richards will be DJing, and
Apotheke will be providing speciality cocktails based on the
event. Tickets will be $100 dollars and the proceeds from the
silent auction will all go to Partners in Health in support of
mental health initiatives in Haiti. Artists include Patti
Smith, Steven Sebring, Dan Colen, Marilyn Minter, Cai Guo Qiang,
Alex Katz, Kiki Smith, Xu Bing, Aaron Young, Terence Koh, Michael
Stipe, Nate Lowman, Agathe Snow, Todd Eberle, Joe Bradley,

"Heartstrings", opens in Hollywood, California at
Confederacy. Ed Westwick will host the event. The art
space/boutique will hold a reception for the artist sponsored by
Rag & Bone. The exhibition will be on display through

draw images of the progress and politics surrounding one of the
most groundbreaking charity partnership efforts in modern
